Villa Amaranta welcomes special requests.


Things to know:

Upon checking-in, you will be asked to show your ID with photo and your credit card.
Please, note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and might require the
payment of additional rates. You are kindly asked to inform Villa Amaranta of the
expected time of your arrival. You can add this piece of information upon completing
your booking, or directly contact our House at the numbers/address shown
on the booking confirmation.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside rooms and invite other
people not included in booking forms.


Arrivals:
From 1.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
Upon checking-in, you will be asked to show an ID with photo,
and a credit card.


Departures:
From 08:30 am to 10:30 am.


Animals:

Animals will be accepted free, upon request! No extra-payment needed.


Payments:

Cash payments are preferable. Anyhow, if this is not possible,
we will accept main credit cards.

Credit cards accepted at hour house.



Cancellation Policy:

All data are only requested as a guarantee. a payment pre-authorisation

will be taken - NO EFFECTIVE PAYMENT TAKEN.

In case of cancellation, your card will be debited as following here:

• From confirmation date to 30 days before stay commencement,
by 33% out of stay total amount;

• From 30 to 15 days before stay commencement, by 50% out of stay total amount;

• From 15 days before stay commencement, 100% of stay total amount;
